Ka Tim Chu is the principal of Shatin Pui Ying College and the chairman of the Hong Kong Association for Computer Education. He is passionate about ICT, coding, e-learning and STEM. In addition to nearly 20 years of experience in the school sector, he organises a lot of activities to empower students, especially girls to learn coding, STEM education and media and information literacy education. He is also appointed as a committee member of the Education Bureau and the advisory Board of some organisations to contribute to the education sector.
He is an award-winning teacher including Outstanding IT Teacher award and teaching award on information literacy and led his school teams to win several International Outstanding E-learning Awards for STEM, Coding and Computational Thinking.

He has directed a list of large-scale research studies, published extensively in journal articles and book chapters, and produced various learning and teaching resources. He is now President of the Association for Reading and Writing in Asia, Leader of the Hong Kong Specific Learning Difficulties Research Team, and Chairman of the Steering Committees of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2021 in Hong Kong. He often offers advice to government departments, NGOs, and institutions both locally and internationally.

She collaborates closely with teachers to develop pioneering educational programmes and has received numerous accolades, including the Award for Excellence in Papers at the 2nd Cross-border Young Principals Forum and the Excellence in Innovation Award in School-based Curriculum Design from National Tsing Hua University.
Through securing HKD 2.79 million grant from the QEF, Principal Lau developed a specialized programming and coding curriculum for primary students, initially piloted in 23 primary schools. This initiative, conducted in partnership with universities, focuses on advancing computational thinking. Since 2021, she has driven AI education programmes within the school and championed the integration of the metaverse in primary education, helping students acquire critical skills for future learning and challenges.

Professor Nancy Law W. Y. is a professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Hong Kong. She served as the Founding Director for the Centre for Information Technology in Education (CITE) for 15 years from 1998. She is an elected Fellow of the International Society of the Learning Sciences and is known globally for her strong record and expertise in the integration of digital technology in learning and teaching for scalable student-centred pedagogical innovations. She is currently spearheading large projects in three inter-related areas: implementation and refinement of multilevel network models of innovation as sociotechnical co-evolution, development and implementation of an integrated design-aware learning design and learning analytics pattern language and technology platform, and investigation of students’ development as digital citizens from childhood to early adulthood within complex social ecologies.

Professor Cen Jamlam is Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Director of The Center of Educational Information and Network Management, Foshan. He is also Visiting Professor of Shunde Graduate School of University of Science and Technology Beijing, Visiting Professor of School of Information Technology in Education of South China Normal University, and Adjunct Researcher of Centre for Higher Education Research of Southern University of Science and Technology.
Professor Cen has vast experience in conducting research on computer network, remote teaching, visible learning, cross-subject learning and many more. Professor Karen Cheung’s expertise spans lifelong learning, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), monitoring and evaluation, sustainable development planning and governance, innovative teaching, and social sciences.
Since 2002, Professor Cheung has dedicated herself to researching and developing UNESCO’s education for sustainable development initiatives. She actively plans and promotes education for sustainable development projects.

Hu Weiping is a second-class professor and doctoral supervisor at Shaanxi Normal University. Professor Wang is a researcher; the Former Director, Institute of International and Comparative Education; Member, Standing Executive Committee, the Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy; Director, Future School Laboratory; Director, Research Center for STEM Education. Her research areas include future schools and the international comparative studies of STEM education.
Since 2014, Professor Wang has led the China’s Future School Innovation Plan which has published the China STEM Education White Paper and China’s Future School 2.0 Innovation Plan, etc. and has established a collaborative research network on future school. In 2017, she initiated the ‘China STEM Education 2029 Innovation Action Plan’ which explored the ‘China STEM Education White Paper’ and ‘STEM Teacher Competency Rating Standard’, and established cooperative innovation centre network on STEM education across China. At the same time, Professor Wang is the leading expert of dozens of projects with Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Education who has participated in various research projects for policy decisions. There are 30 publications under her name with more than 60 journal articles. Professor Wang was the awardee of the Second-Class Award in the 3rd edition of National Education Sciences Research Outstanding Achievement Award and the Third-Class Award in the 6th edition.
